Whether you are 6 or 96 yoga is truly accessible to everyone of all ages and abilities regardless of sex, nationality, religion or social status. Classes can be tailored to most physical needs.
Our two styles of classes just now are adult classes and parent and child classes. Fiona hopes to offer a wider range of classes in the future so watch this space!
Classes are designed to introduce gentle exercise to participants, focusing mainly on asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises). Fiona also teaches relaxation, meditation and elements of yoga philosophy to help the participants in everyday life. The impact level of classes varies depending on the level of the class and the needs of the participants at any given time.
