About Us
Our classes cater for all ages, abilities and experiance.
We have classes for boys and girls aged 2 1/2 to adult in Ballet, Tap, Modern Street Dance, and Yoga.
These classes are designed to be fun, enjoyable and for all ranges of ability. There is also the chance to be presented for examinations and presentation class exams with the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance (ISTD) and the British Theatre Dance Association (BTDA) when the pupil reaches the appropriate age and standard. The exams are always optional and we encourage the pupil and parent to make the decision to sit an exam, or not, together.
For the younger children and those who have never taken part in a dance exam before there will be the opportunity to be presented for medal tests with the United Kingdom Aliance of Professional Teachers of Dance (UKAPTD). These shorter exams help build confidence and performance in exam situations, again these are not compulsory.
The RAD, ISTD, BTDA and UKAPTD are accredited by the Council for Dance Education and Training.
